We like a project with reclaimed timber! You may have noticed a few of these nativity sets in our shop, but this is the only one made entirely from reclaimed timber. The various pieces of timber came from things like door steps, window frames and fireplace mantle and were destined for the fire, well, until we got hold of them!
We have a few other items in our shop which are also made from reclaimed timbers, these include plates, bowls and pens.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This nativity scene decoration, comprising of Jesus, Mary and Joseph has been handmade from various reclaimed timber. The majority of the pieces have been handmade on our woodturning lathe.
The timbers used are all reclaimed and include Ash, Oak and Sapele.
The pieces have had two coats of finishing oil to give a nice sheen and durable finish,
