Whats your refund policy?
We accept returns or exchanges for any reason if you contact us within 14 days. You have 30 days from delivery to actually send it back to us. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty. Items must be sent back in original condition.
How do I clean my jewellery?
Sterling silver with tarnish over time. but can be polished back to a shine with a cloth, there are specialist silver cleaning cloths widely available. You can slow down this process by keeping your jewellery in the presentation box provided whilst the piece is not being worn.
