I created this for a wonderful friend who has mobility issues and sits for long periods of time. She wanted something squishy with texture so I designed a cushion cover with bobbles, twisting cables and diamonds for her.

Knitting pattern for Aran cushion cover. Knitted in one piece, with a button closed fold over flap at the back. Easy to follow full knitting instructions, with stitch charts too. It's a lovely project for anyone wanting to start Aran knitting, or develop their stitch skills.
Materials (recommended)
300g medium aran weight yarn,
5mm knitting needles,
cable needle,
4x 3cm buttons,
51x51cm cushion pad,
large needle to sew seams and buttons.
