WELCOME to Isobel Robinson (formerly Lillibets Millinery) on Folksy. I'm delighted to be featured alongside the talented artisan makers of the UK and hope you enjoy browsing my designs.
Each of my creations has been designed and made by myself at my home studio in Riddlesden in West Yorkshire. Overlooking the rolling hills and rugged moorland of Bronte Country, I continue to be inspired by the beautiful surroundings, dotted with the remnants of industrial heritage of bygone eras.
My shop combines my passion for two mediums - millinery and jewellery. I love to create wearable fashion accessories that enhance your self-confidence and define your individual style. That said, if you have an idea in mind you'd like creating, please contact me as I'm always happy to discuss a bespoke design that truly expresses your style.

Full description
A quirky necklace handcrafted in sterling silver. This unique pendant features a 'doodle' art design created using off-cuts of wire, melted to form an abstract pattern. The textured design stands out against the darkened silver disc background to stunning effect, whilst the lower hoop has an almost web-like appearance. Each piece will be completely unique, formed as the silver melts together just enough to retain the individuals strands. As such, please expect variance from those in the photo.
This piece is made to order. You will receive a piece close to that shown in the photo, though due to the method of production your piece will have it's own unique pattern, making it truly one of a kind.
DOODLE collection
Inspired by my children's early experiments with computer art, I remembered how I would spend hours in my youth doodling lines before colouring each section to make beautiful patterns. I wondered if I could recreate this style of abstract art in jewellery form. Using off-cuts of silver wire to reduce waste, I create random patterns with the wire before heating to melting point so the pieces merge. The beauty of each piece lies in that you never know what the wire will do, so every piece will be absolutely unique.
