Full description

I am selling some bird boxes in kit form, this one has an open front and curved side, ideal for robins. The kit comprises of the top, bottom, sides, back and front pieces. It also comes with all the panel pins that you will need and a screw to fix it to a wall or fence. Instructions are also provided.

This kit is ideal for children to make under supervision and are very popular with Scouts, Cubs, Beavers, Guides, Brownies and school children.

I do discount for bulk buys. Please ask.

They are popular with Forest Schools as well.

I would strongly recommend that all the pieces are glued together as well as being pinned (Glue not supplied I'm afraid).

I will post the kits using recycled packaging.

The wood is plywood that was going to landfill, so reclaimed. I would also recommend that the finished bird box is treated with wood stain, varnish or gloss paint to protect the wood.

I'll even supply a piece of sandpaper so that you can rub the finished box smooth.
