CHRISTMAS 2024: Please order in plenty of time for the festive period. Royal Mail advises the last dates for posting will be 21st December for the U.K. (Royal Mail Tracked 24) and the end of November for International. I will continue posting after these dates, but there will be less chance of the artwork arriving by Christmas if ordered after these dates.
If you are buying artwork as a gift, I can gift wrap the painting and send it on to the recipient. Just send me the details at checkout.
Prior to posting, framed paintings will be covered with glassine paper before being carefully encased in a protective wrap. Wherever possible, I reuse internal wrapping materials I have collected. The painting will then be secured in a heavy duty mailing box. For unframed artworks, the paintings will be mailed in a reinforced, hard backed envelope.
(016) This acrylic painting is called, "The Weather Is Full of Tricks Today". I wanted to capture a sense of weather drama as the clouds come rolling in from the sea, bringing threats of rain and high winds. This would make an ideal gift for any art lover for any occasion.

This acrylic painting of the coast is heavily toned and dramatically lit to suggest the weather may change at any moment.
This artwork represents my fascination with the rugged, earthy surroundings that are a predominant feature of my home in Scotland. The key features of this painting are:

- It has been completed on sealed watercolour paper,
- The painting is varnished and presented on high quality mountboard.
- It is unframed, ready for a frame of your choosing,
- It is a ideal letterbox gift,

- The work is signed and dated at the back.
- It comes in a cello sleeve for additional protection.
Orders will be shipped by 1st class Royal Mail in a reinforced, hard-backed envelope.
