I love using and making bags and putting bags inside other bags. It feels organised and tidy to have a spare drawstring bag, just in case you need it.

Full description
This fabric drawstring bag has a large capacity, yet it is lightweight and practical.
It is lined in a medium weight iron-on interfacing.
I made this item with French seams along the sides and bottom, creating a nice finish and a more sturdy seam.
The bright outer pink and red flowers cotton fabric is 100% cotton.
The cord used for the drawstrings is green to match the stems and foliage on the print. The main background colour is sky blue.
The finished bag measures 480mm high x 390mm wide and it is washable on a 30degrees wash short cycle.
Why not use a fabric backpack as a gym bag, a PE kit or to carry books, folders and jackets, an umbrella ...?
Or. it is a practical add-on in a suitcase to separate items or clothing, dirty laundry , hair brushes, straighteners etc.
