As an Artist myself I use these items in my own work – I’m Catherine an Artist based in Liverpool UK. I also teach in person workshops showing different lino print techniques. All my kits are put together by myself & 2 local artist friends. Together in my art studio, we unpack deliveries, check everything is clean & working, carefully wrap and package - stamping by hand as we go. I am keen to keep a 'handmade' feel to my kits, the same as with my artwork & workshops.

Full description
This is a compact kit often bought by someone who wants to try lino printing before spending too much on print equipment, it also makes a great creative gift.
1) EASYcut lino, supersoft in blue colour, great to cut just like butter 15x10cm
2) Lino cut tool set, handle with 5 shape blades, recommend age 11 upwards)
3) 30ml ink in a metal screw top tin - UK brand ESSDEE, black is included as standard unless you contact me with your order to request a different colour. Water based and mixable.
4) Design templates, these are my own artwork designs which I already cut and printed with: lighthouse, jumping hare, garden turtle, moon twins. Often coming up with an idea is the hardest part, here you can copy a design and focus on technique.
5) Tracing paper to transfer a design from template to lino using pencil (not provided)

At home you'll need to find a roller or brayer, scrap paper, pencil, rags, access to sink, and paper or cards to print onto. You can purchase rollers from my shop in different sizes if you don't have one already.
