Different colours available and come with a card tag (brown or white) attached to it with a message:

Even though I can't be there
Remember that I always care
Always in my heart"
Message can be changed to a more personalised or customised one.
Each heart measure approx 5cm, is stuffed and hand stitched with cotton thread
