Full description
Handmade stoneware pinch jug - bee and blue bird illustrations
Thrown by hand on the pottery wheel in strong white stoneware clay and finished in shiny vintage white glaze with flux rim.
Original illustrations inspired by classic blue delft design in collaboration with Ben at House of Hawks. The images are taken from his original watercolours and are fired a third time in my kiln to fuse them to my pottery.
Fired to 1240 degrees - strong, robust, functional and beautifully finished pottery.
Handmade in Wales.
Each jug is between 7.5 and 8cm wide, with the heights differing for each as listed below, perfect for delicate flower arranging or using as a milk jug/creamer
Bumble bee - 9cm high
Blue bird - 10cm high
All kiln fired pieces are handmade, unique and made in collaboration.
