All the items in my shop are handmade by myself in my studio in Scotland! I use a variety of different glass techniques to create unique designs and custom orders are always welcome.
I was tickled by the idea that deep down Hedgehogs are just little anarchists at heart!
This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Full description
A little friend or a passing snack!
This little hedgehog is made from one piece of chunky 10mm thick clear float glass that has been cut to shape using a water jet cutting machine.
It has then been screen-printed by hand in black and red coloured glass enamel, which is fired into place making it waterproof and resistant to sunlight. All my kiln-fired pieces are carefully digitally annealed and cooled for strength and safety.
It measures -
Height - 50mm / 2 inches
Width - 70mm / 2 3/4 inches
Depth - 10mm / 3/8 inch
Weight - 66g / 2.3oz
The image above is an example, as each Hedgehog is unique, due to the making process.
Hedgehogs are also available as glass brooches, cufflinks and greetings cards in my shop collections.
Custom orders are welcome and most designs can be produced in various colours, so please contact me to discuss any ideas you might have!
