All custom orders are sent with a signed for delivery as they often cannot be replaced. Please check your address carefully, If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package a refund minus the shipping will only be issued once the package has been returned to me. Please note this can take weeks. Items go missing in transit rarely and Royal Mail does not consider anything lost until 30 days have passed for the UK. Therefore refunds on lost items can only be given after 32 days. Please note that if your order is being posted outside the mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee.
