I designed ths as one of my very first suncatchers and then mislaid the pattern. It was only when I thought maybe I would like to make a seahorse a couple of years later that I remembered the first I had made in 2008.

This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
A seahorse in lovely shades of aquamarine, turquoise glass.
I've used some iridescent glass to give extra shine and it has 2 pretty glass beads on the end of its wire tail and twisted wire decoration on its back.
The fin on the back is textured iridescent glass, very sparkly.
This looks lovely hanging in the light and would make a lovely ornament for any room.
The seahorse hangs from a little chain which is securely attached to the top. It is 15cm tall.
This item is absolutely unique. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass.
