I recently climbed the Tor in Somerset (on one of the hottest days in the year!). It is a truly magical place with wonderful views and so much sky. I wanted to create it at sunset to really evoke the sense of wonderment.

Full description
The magical, magnificent Glastonbury Tor in Somerset with St Michael's tower perched on the top has been re-created in vibrant wools & little pieces of recycled sari, using the needle felting process. The Tor has been captured at sunset with glorious oranges, yellows & reds filling the skies. St Michael's tower has been hand embroidered. The picture measures 13cm x 16 cm & has then been surrounded by a white mount to create a finished piece measuring 21cm x 24 cm. The picture is backed with natural linen. You could either hang the picture as it is or chose a frame of your own. Colours may vary slightly, due to photography.
