I wanted to make a slow stitch collection to reflect the soft hues, flora and fauna of the lovely Cumbria Lake District.
It may evoke memories of a holiday or time spent here amongst the hillsides, flora and streams.
I have used colours in dusky pink, soft green, heather, neutrals and slate along with some lovely pieces depicting our wildlife and flora.
Each kit is carefully wrapped to make a superb gift for the stitching friend or relative.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

The Cumbrian Lake District is contemplative and mindful and this slow stitch collection features over fifteen pieces of quality new fabric which will include designer brands and unique originals.
A range of fabrics weights with one or two of the pieces plain to allow you to add your own embellishment, painting, stamping or journal notes.
Included in each kit will also be a small piece of even weave or aida, so you can even add your own cameo cross stitch.
All of the trims and ribbons are new, sourced especially for the kit and these can include silk ribbon, lace and themed embellishments.
We include a range coordinating high quality threads and a needle pack with a threader and John James high quality needles.
Packs of buttons, coordinating beads and sequins complete the kit and where possible, these are made from natural, sustainable materials.
The selection is carefully packed and presented in an A5 box for ease of gifting.
Fabrics included in this kit are of varying weights and can vary but will stay on theme and are based on the hues of the flora, fauna, lakes and mountains of the Cumbrian Lake District. These will range from natural stone to gentle greens, heather and slate blues.
This wonderful collection is just perfect for slow stitch, junk journal or Sewing for the Soul projects and will be a welcome gift for those who enjoy sewing, collage and mixed media.
NO INSTRUCTIONS ARE INCLUDED to allow for maximum creativity.
