You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

While we take every care to show the accuracy of the colours in the images, please be aware that it is almost impossible to represent colour to 100% accuracy. The cotton rope is made from natural fibres so there might be subtle variations to the texture and weave of the rope. Every jewellery piece is handmade and hence there might be small variations. We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. Contact us within 3 days of delivery. Dispatch items back within 14 days of delivery. Request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase. Unless faulty the following items can't be returned or exchanged: - custom or personalised orders - Intimate items such as earrings due to health & hygiene reasons. Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
