When my husband decided that his favourite jumper was no longer fit for wearing, I wondered how I could re-use it. After a few hot washes I had a very small but well felted jumper ready to be made into new things. I then started collecting tired wool jumpers from charity shops so that I had a wider range of colours. This colour just needed to become a fox!

Full description
I've been enjoying myself again, making these cute hanging decorations. This snoozy fox is made from a combination of pieces from a felted sweater as well as some bought felt. Using old sweaters like this is a great way to re-use something that is past its useful life. The fox is hand sewn with cotton thread. He has been softly stuffed with toy filling and has a hanging cord. He measures approximately 9cm from top to bottom.
So what could you do with this fox?
Hang it on a cupboard door or your handbag? Add some drops of your favourite essential oil and pop it in the airing cupboard or your underwear drawer? Add it to your key ring so that you can find your keys in your handbag? I'm sure you can think of plenty more uses.
