Being a dog owner I first designed an item for myself, others saw it and wanted one with their dog. My business has grown from there!
This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Receive a beautiful bespoke high quality printed mug which is dishwasher and microwave safe. This comes with one picture on the mug with a dog related quote on the other side. Or if you have 2 dogs this will have one on either side with the quote in the middle. You also have the option of having the dog’s name on the mug. Please also enter the breed of dog that you would like us to use in the quote.
When you order you will need to attach the photo / photos that you would like us to work with. Please make sure that the photo is in focus, of a good resolution and well-lit without too much background, so not a picture of them chasing a rabbit in the woods! Remember the pose that is in the photo is the pose you will receive. If you require your pet name, please answer the question on the right. Within a couple of days of me receiving the picture you will receive an image preview for your approval (you will have 24 hours to approve your design, after that time if we haven't heard from you, we will take it that you are happy and start production). If you would like any changes, we will carry them out and send the approval again. Once approved we will start the production immediately.
With 2 dogs, please send each pet as an individual photo, unless it a specific photo of 2 pets together for example playing.
We are currently aiming to complete the artwork within 2 working days and then 4-6 days for delivery.
