I use turmeric for myself as I have arthritic joints and it's been really beneficial to me.

Turmeric is anti inflammatory, is beneficial to the liver and is in fact benefical to a number of processes in the body.
Combined with warming ginger, and naturally sweetend with liquorice - this is a comforting drink that will warm the cockles and support your health.
Ingredients:
Turmeric
Cinnamon
Ginger
Liquorice
Coconut milk
Directions:
Measure out your milk of choice into your favourite cup
Pour into a saucepan & add a teaspoon of Herbal hug
Heat gently and whisk through often
