Full description
This beautifully unusual pendant has been handcrafted from copper wire and features a stunning green dichroic glass pebble. Thick copper wire forms the teardrop shape, with the oval green glass sitting in the bottom of the drop. Finer wires have been woven together and around the gorgeous green glass, before splitting to form two spiral details across the front of the pendant. These spirals are hammered flat for a pretty contrast to the woven wires.
The glass has been handmade in the UK and is a beautiful emerald green when viewed straight on, changing to a turquoise / teal colour from different angles. The beauty of dichroic glass is tricky to show in photos with its internal sparkles and colour changing properties, so I have included photos with different lighting to show some of the colours.
The pendant measures 4.5cm long and 2.3cm across at the widest point. It comes with a 2mm black cotton cord, complete with handmade copper fastenings. This cord can be any length you desire - please just leave me a note in the pop up box which appears after you click ‘add to basket’. If you leave the box blank I will send a 40cm cord.
I will post your purchase out first class and gift boxed, inside a recycled polythene bag.
