Full description
A small box with double hinged lid to hold two rings (max. ring size - 25mm diameter, 8mm wide) in individual compartments. With subtle curves and a mid sheen finish, it's a very tactile object which shows off the beauty of the woods to great effect.
Made of Canadian birdseye maple (reclaimed from a 1960s floor) and Honduras mahogany (reclaimed from 1970s school chopping boards), and hinged with bronze pins.
86x50x30mm (LxWxH(including lid pulls)).
Shellac and wax finish.
Ring compartments lined with black velvet (rings shown not included!)
