Nikki has been creating beautiful jewellery using traditional, as well as more modern Silversmith techniques for over ten years now, first opening the gates to 'Magic in the grass' in 2009.
Working from our studio based in the Yorkshire Dales, Nikki takes inspiration from the world around. We believe that beauty is everywhere if you open your eyes and your heart!

Fall in love with our beautiful Aztec inspired Silver jewellery collection, brand new for 2022, by Magic in the grass...
'Ahuic' is the Aztec goddess of rivers, streams, and waves. These handmade studs feature a design that is pressed into the Silver, representing crashing waves. We use an oxidising solution to darken the pattern and really make it 'Pop!'

The earrings measure around 1cm in diameter, and as these are crafted by hand, no two are ever exactly alike...this only adds to the charm of these quirky little characters!
This is a really unique collection, designed for those who like their jewellery carefully hand-crafted and full of crooked style!

Your jewellery arrives with a small piece of silver cleaning cloth. It's impregnated with tarnish remover to keep your jewellery nice and sparkly! If you take good care of your purchase you will be able to wear it for a long long time, and perhaps you may pass it down to future generations.
