We were vey lucky to have a holiday in Sri Lanka a few years ago. Our hotel was adjacent to the beach and each morning a few ladies came along with huge baskets of sari fabrics. They were not allowed into the hotel complex but we could go out to see what they were selling. I found some beautiful fabrics which I have stitched into skirts for grandchildren, the rest decided to use as scarves and necklace scarves. Short scarves fastened with a press stud. They will look good with a plain top or dress. Enjoy
