Full description
Union Jack fascinator decorated with red feathers and blue ribbon. On the blue ribbon there is red sequin hologram mesh and a row of silver hologram sequins in the centre. The rim of the fascinator s edged with red sequins .
The fascinator measures 5 1/2" from front to back, 4" wide at the widest point and has a thin round elastic chin strap.
