Full description
A quilled tea light holder in colours of White and Blue with silver rhinestones. Made with 10mm paper strips rolled and shaped, and is attached to a round white ceramic base. In the centre is a battery operated tea light, a natural candle tea light should not be used due to a possible fire risk. The flame of the candle is a flickering blue. Will be sent by Royal Mail using their to be signed for service.
