Full description
Hand made by me in my workshop this demi-lune table is veneered with stunning Rosewood and edge banded in black Tulipwood. The top is finished with multiple coats of satin lacquer to enhance the grain and protect the surface. The base is constructed using mortise & tenon joinery and professionally finished with black satin paint.
Simple, elegant and extremely useful for lamps or vases in small spaces where a table with corners could cause a nasty bruise!. All my furniture arrives fully built and ready to use straight away - all you have to do is decide where to put it.

A WORD ON VENEERS
The quality of veneers versus “real” wood furniture is often misunderstood. Some of the finest furniture combines solid wood with exotic veneers to create stunning pieces. Veneer’s reputation was damaged in 70’s, when cheaply produced veneers meant that it became synonymous with inferior quality. Cheap furniture was often not made from wood veneer but instead a faux laminate
