You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

Once I start working on your order, I won't accept exchanges or cancellations. Before placing an order please make sure that turnaround time and delivery time are acceptable for you. I gladly accept returns. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item. If an item is faulty please email me with photos. If you want to return your purchase, please notify me and send it back within 14 days of delivery. Refund will be issued after I receive the item, providing in the same condition it was when it was shipped and from a smoke free household. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Made to order items are subject to 20% re-stocking fee when returned (unless faulty). I will not accept returns on custom orders or on sale items, unless faulty. Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To avoid disappointment with your purchase, before placing an order please ask me any question about my product you may have. I am always happy to help! I send all items from your order as one shipment. Your purchase will be shipped to address provided through Folksy - please make sure this address is correct. Ready to ship items I generally post within 1-3 business days. Made to order items will be usually shipped after 2-5 weeks of receipt of payment. Please contact me to get better estimate of current turnaround time for your chosen item. Please note that this is date when your order ships from my studio, not when it arrives to your home (please check below for delivery time). It usually takes 1-3 working days in the UK, 3-5 working days to Europe and, 5-7 working days to the rest of the world. These are not guaranteed delivery dates and delays, usually due to customs or during busy times like Christmas, are beyond my control. The majority of orders will arrive within the delivery times stated above, however, please allow at least 10 working days for UK delivery & 30 working days for international delivery before contacting me, as I am are unable to investigate with couriers until this time has passed. Lost items cannot be refunded by Knitlandia until Royal Mail closes the claim. Any custom fees incurred on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that for import tax purposes, all parcels shipping outside the UK must have attached description of parcel value - therefore I will include invoice with prices, even for orders "marked as gift". In the event that the package is returned to me because it was refused or not collected after delivery has been attempted or because address provided was incorrect, no refund will be issued. I will be happy to resend the item(s), but it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay for an additional delivery.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
