Thanks for visiting my shop! I'm an artist that works in a variety of media including dip pen, paint and printmaking. I'm passionate about nature, and I love to try and capture the quirky characters of birds and animals in my work. I send all items Royal mail first class and I currently only ship to the UK.

Bat is here to remind you that taking a different perspective on situations is a good thing. Flying in the dark and using echo location to sense their prey bats see the world in a different way. Sometimes when we're faced with problems or difficulties in life looking at them in another way can help us navigate them. We can ask what we can learn from difficult situation rather than see it as something that's blocking us from moving forward in life. We can also learn to navigate and feel at home in the darkness just like bat does.
I designed these talismans to aid with personal development as a reminder of qualities we need to cultivate and enhance in ourselves, they're great as altar decoration or just cute ornaments.
Drawn directly on the log slice so there will never be another one just like it. Pyrography coloured with acrylic ink and sealed with Danish oil. Approx 7cm across.
Wood is a natural material so contains imperfections, it ages and some bark loss is normal. Please note pyrography fades in direct sunlight.
Colours can appear differently depending on device and monitors.
