I love the look of unglazed terracotta, it reminds me of pottery dug up from archaological finds. The patterns were painted freehand but I have influences from many countries and cultures, picked up from looking at different art styles and travel.

Full description
Handbuilt vase from terracotta clay, with decorations painted on with white and black slip (liquid clay). It is unglazed so is still porous, so is best as an ornament or to hold dried flowers or seed heads. This is a unique one off, handcrafted and handpainted piece, though I intend to make more with a similar style :) Follow me on Instagram to see regular updates.
