All the items in my shop are handmade by myself in my studio in Scotland! I use a variety of different glass techniques to create unique designs and custom orders are always welcome.
This design was inspired by traditional, old school tattoo love hearts with names emblazoned across them on a ribbon. I originally wanted to cover the little glass hare with different tattoos but after painting this simple one onto it's shoulder, I felt that was enough. The ability to customise the lettering makes for a simple yet effective personal present for someone.

I love my mom tattoo!
I can put any three letters you like in the ribbon on the tattoo, Mum, Dad, Ma, Pa, Luv, Bob etc. etc.
This little hare is made from one piece of chunky 10mm thick clear float glass that has been cut to shape using a water jet cutting machine.
It has then been hand-printed in black enamel and then hand-painted in red enamel, which is fired into place making it waterproof and resistant to sunlight. All my kiln-fired pieces are carefully digitally annealed and cooled for strength and safety.
It measures -
Height - 100mm / 4 inches
Width - 70mm / 2 3/4 inches
Depth - 10mm / 3/8 inch
Weight - 100g / 3 1/2 oz
My little hares are also available as greetings cards, enamel pins and glass brooches, stud earrings, pendants or cufflinks in my shop collections.
This piece is unique, designed and made by me in my studio in Glasgow, Scotland.
