Full description

Fabric coaster with free motion machine applique of a frog made using batik cotton on Essex Linen. I sketched the frog design before transferring it to the fabric and stitching. The coaster is backed with the batik cotton used in the design.

The coaster is lined with wool wadding which gives good thermal protection. And the coaster is biodegradable as it is made from natural materials.

The coaster measures approximately 4.5 inches x 4.5 inches

The coaster is presented in a biodegradable cello bag sealed with a paper sticker

I recommend spot cleaning for any marks, but have successfully handwashed my prototype in a wool wash product.

This type of raw edge applique naturally frays slightly over time and with use. I think it's part of its charm!
