I can use the full range of my beach combed items to make these indoor/outdoor fun items. I can always find glass and pottery, not too many shells, but finding suitable sizes of driftwood can be tricky. Hope you enjoy this piece and its attachments.

Seaglass, seapottery, shells and driftwood have been used together to create this 5-string suncatcher. All the materials have been collected from Withernsea beach, East Yorkshire, in the last few months.
The piece of driftwood is approx 33cm in length. It was bleached when collected in order to fully clean the wood. The longest strand is approx 40 cm. The pieces of glass, pottery and shell have been drilled and then knotted onto fishing line.
Suncatchers look good hung indoors at windows or outside in the garden to catch and disperse sunlight.
This will be sent out using 2nd class small parcel post.
