I create these unique pendants by fusing together many layers of glass in my kiln to create a slab of glass. I then break this slab up into chunks and fire them again in the kiln, sometimes once, sometimes a few times, creating a series of glass pebbles in the same colourway, but each one individual and different from the next.
Once I'm happy with the design of each piece I sandblast the glass and fire it one final time in my kiln to give it the lovely tactile smooth satin finish before adding the silver plated bail.

Full description
A lovely smooth glass pebble pendant with bands of watery turquoise and blue art glass. The glass pebble has the rounded shape and tactile satin finish reminiscent of a sea smoothed pebble, but is much brighter than any you'd find on the beach.
This handmade fused glass pendant is 3cm (1.25") wide and 5cm (2") long including the silver plated bail. The pendant comes complete with an 18" (45cm) silver plated snake chain.
The glass pendant and chain will be presented in one of my smart signature gift boxes, ready to give as a gift. The box is fully recyclable with a recycled card insert (no plastic foam here!).
