A lovely lady asked if we had any Dolphin or Boat suncatchers. We didn't have any in stock, so we made some - and it was great fun!.
Our lady chose those she wanted and we're making the other pieces available here.
We love making things based on peoples requests.

I am Sailing...
This is an unusual suncatcher in the shape of a sailing yacht or dinghy. He's got two sails, but no real keel or rudder, so I'm not sure how well he'd sail.
He is constructed from 3 pieces of hand-cut glass forming the hull and the sails, together with a pre-prepared glass rod to make the mast. A visit to the kiln heats the glass to around 800C where everything is fused together. Once cool we glue on a bail and thread a piece of ribbon from which it can hang.
Equally at home in the garden or your window, this piece is approximately 10cm in height and 11.5 cm in width.
