Full description
A scrumptious selection of both patterned and plain ribbons, sewn securely onto a hair elastic. All ribbon edges have been heat sealed to prevent fraying.
The streamers measure approximately 22cm from the hair elastic.
This listing is for a streamer in your choice of colours. Just let me know the colour or colours (up to 3) that you would like, I will pick co-ordinating ribbons and make it just for you!
