Full description
“A lithophane (French: lithophanie) is an etched or molded artwork in very thin translucent porcelain or plastic that can be seen clearly only when back lit with a light source.” (Wikipedia, 2021)
In this case the lithophane I create is 3D printed with a biodegradable plastic called PLA. The reason why I use PLA is because it is a more environmentally friendly option compared to other plastics.
Once you have ordered I will email you asking for the chosen photograph you would like on your lithophane heart. The price includes the designing of the lithophane, printing and postage and packaging costs.
The approximate heart size is: 70x4x70mm (7x0.4x7cm)
(Please note. This product is only available in white as it is the only colour that the light is able to fully pass through)
