Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

The bears pantry sample pack includes a selection of delicious treats for your dog
In each box you receive
2 Santa paws apple and cinnamon cookies
6 Blueberry mini bones
5 Peanut buttons
All the ingredients and allergens are detailed in the last image and these have a 4 week shelf life to be stored in an air tight container on receipt to keep them yummy
Postage your yummy treats will be very carefully packaged to try to avoid any breakages on their way to you
Please ensure your dog always has fresh clean drinking water when eating treats, treats should be given as part of a balanced diet
