Hello and welcome or better still welcome back to my little shop.

I hope you'll find that special thing here in the shop as I make everything by hand, welcoming the differences that these techniques bring.

So if its slick, shiny, bright colours you are looking for, that's really not happening here but warm, funny, happy creature lead pieces - you are in the right place. Step in and take a look around.

Make a pot of tea, its about the time we spend being with other people. You warm the pot, add the tea and hot water, wait and then share. Not a quick dunk of a teabag, not chucking hot water into the coffee.

Its taking the time to make good tea, which says you have time to talk and listen, the important things we do together.

Joseff says it’s all about sharing what you have – time and tea. Of course.

Full description

Inspired by recent events, folktales and of course birds, the Caretaker Birds emerged. Each with their own personality but sharing the wish to bring joy and spread wellbeing. They are fired to stoneware and glazed in a lovely dry but quietly flamboyant glaze.

Sharing family characteristics, they mix well but remain fiercely individual.

I have made more than one Joseff but each one is different, perhaps the way they stand, hold the teapot or cock their head. But always with a teapot, acorns and collecting sack. So here they are holding a lovely acorn inspired teapot, that’s a two cupper if ever I saw one.

Standing at about 15cm high, with a sack and acorns at their feet

I reuse packaging material in an attempt to run a sustainable practice but not at the risk of damage in transit.

Sorry but only posting to UK at the moment.
