Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Our products are designed for simple home fitting and assembly and we always provide the best fittings that we believe to be available at that time. The suitability of such fixings, in each case, is the responsibility of the installer and should be judged according to the individual circumstance. The customer should be aware of any fittings or hidden fixtures where the shelves will be installed and that the space is suitable for the size of the shelves. Returns Policy & Guarantee If you are a customer, by law you have the right to cancel your contract before you receive the products or to return any products to us within 14 days after the day of receipt of the product. A refund will be issued once the goods are returned to us in a satisfactory condition. It is your responsibility to take care of the products provided by The Woodland Shelf Company and also to ensure that that the products and their packaging are not damaged. Any damage to products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the item in order for us to accept liability and provide a return or replacement.Your right to cancel your order after receiving the products shall not apply to: Products built to your specification or which are personalised Products which are liable to deteriorate rapidly Products which are later deemed unsuitable for your wall structure Order cancellation We reserve the right to refuse cancellation of orders that are currently in the ‘build state’ (i.e. when suitable stock has already been cut to size) If materials are deemed non-useable for other purposes, then partial charges may be applied against the refundable balance. Delivery times Delivery times for all orders are estimated as accurately as possible at the time the order is placed. Actual delivery times may be subject to change and we will notify you as soon as possible if this is the case. We cannot be held responsible for changes to delivery times due to: Delays by courier services or customs offices Material shortages or sourcing issues Staff sickness Force Mageure We strongly recommend that you do not book fitters or trades persons until your order has been delivered and checked over. Delivery damages All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery in order for us to accept liability. Failure to report damage to items within this period may result in charges if a return or repair is necessary. Full description
Our Oak branch shelf is one of our more popular designs, hand made from European Oak and finished in our small workshop in the Cotswolds, United Kingdom.
Each branch is individually built from some of the most interesting Oak boards we can lay our hands on. We then spend a great deal of care and attention making them look as perfect as we can and the shelves are sealed using child and environmentally friendly hard wax oils to give the best all round protection whilst really showing off the Oak gran patterns.
Each shelf takes around four days to complete and is 1.8m wide and the height reaches just under 1m from the base to the top shelf piece. We provide all the necessary concealed fixtures and fittings for 99% of all wall types as well as comprehensive installation instructions. We also provide thorough support in those rare instances it might be necessary.
We can do these shelves in either orientation, Left orientation as in the listing picture or right, opposite to the listing picture.

When you order could you kindly provide us with your preferred orientation, your wall type (Plasterboard, stone/brick wood etc.) and a contact telephone number (This is necessary for customs clearance and for insurance purposes)
