If you find that there seems to be an awful lot hanging on the back of your bedroom or bathroom door, then this is an elegant and stylish solution: four individually hand carved claws screwed and glued to a simple mahogany back plate, with two fixing holed to attach to the cross timber of any door, all hand sanded and wax polished to give a rich lustrous finish. As with all my work, the mahogany is reclaimed and has had a previous life; time for it to have a second life as an object of use and beauty!
