Full description

Downloadable PDF knitting pattern

Knit and decorate a whole set of cheerfully colourful gingerbread houses and sheep Christmas baubles for the Christmas tree.

We knitted these using yarn left over from making our Winter Fairy and Christmas Angel dolls, so this is a good way to use up the leftover yarn if you’ve already made that project. Or you can use any chunky weight yarn you like to make these.

The pattern also take you step-by-step through knitting the textured stitch of the mini-sheep, so is a great way to learn new knitting skills and make Christmas presents for friends.

The little houses knit up fast and can be decorated with sequins so they glitter in the light. Hang them from the Christmas tree, make them into colourful bunting or line them up on a shelf to bring a pop of colour to your room.

Houses measure 11cm tall, mini-sheep are 9cm tall and 13cm long and look lovely hanging on the Christmas tree.

To make these patterns you will need:

- Small amounts of chunky yarn

- 4.5mm and 4mm straight knitting needles

- Toy stuffing

- Sewing needles

- Felt, sequins, small bells for decoration

Once purchased the pattern will be emailed to you the same day so you can get knitting! (Please note this is a downloadable pattern NOT a kit)
