Novelty cute Christmas decoration of a penguin. Lovely hand painted champagne cork Christmas penguin decoration with sculptured feet and beak details. The cute little penguin character has been hand finished with a crochet scarf and double sided satin ribbon.
The penguin has been hand varnished for extra protection.
