The coasters came about as part of trying to reduce waste from my husband's upholstery business, using offcuts of wool wadding
I had made free motion machine applique cushions so sketched some smaller scale designs for the coasters.
When I retired I made individualised coasters for all my colleagues and for two of my male colleagues I did variations on a mug design, and this is a further variation

Full description
Fabric coaster with free machine appliquéd design of a mug with a star, and the wording "You're a" which has been embellished with metallic thread.
Front of coaster is Essex Linen with 100% cotton appliqué. The coaster is backed with cotton that features in the design on the front.
The coaster is lined with wool wadding
Coaster measures approximately 11.5 cm x 13 cm
The coaster comes in a protective biodegradable cello bag sealed with a paper sticker
Over time and with wear the appliquéd design will fray. This is normal for this type of raw edge appliqué.
Due to colours on different monitors there may be some difference in colour to the actual item.
Mug is not included!
