I started Saved by Bertie in 2019 after being so frustrated at all the things that get thrown away that could be given a second chance. I diversified into knitting as a result of the lockdown restrictions - so now my shop is a quirky blend of makes!
Having roamed quite a bit down the years (North and South Wales, Isle of Man and Cornwall to name but a few!) I have made a home and life for myself in Perth, Scotland and looking forward to taking my Bertie persona into 2022. New collections and makes - and all reflecting my passion for recycling, upcycling and my love of the natural world!

Full description
Hand knitted fingerless mittens in a random, self-patterning yarn of dazzling colours ranging from blue to golden yellow. The yarn is a beautifully soft acrylic wool blend and they fit average size ladies hand.
