Lovely handmade advent calendar, with nice roomy pockets just right for little fingers to find a small gift or sweet.
Make this part of your Christmas tradition, can be used year after year and then passed on to future generations, these are made to last.
This would make an ideal Christmas gift from a grandparent.
I have used pretty backing fabrics and co-ordinating materials for the pockets, with a generous wadding. All the dates and Merry Christmas are hand embroidered with the 24th also embroidered with ‘The night before Christmas’
Calendar A, is backed with green fabric with pretty red and gold bows, I have used a gold snowflake design for the pockets, with different coloured embroidery silks for the dates.THIS CALENDAR IS NOW SOLD
Calendar B. Is backed with a seasonal design on a dark blue background and plain beige and red gingham for the pockets.
These are machine washable on a delicate setting and just need to be hung up to dry, no ironing required.
They are supplied with a wooden dowel for hanging with a braided cord.
Please indicate which version, A or B you require when ordering.
Price includes post and packaging in the UK.

I love making these items because I love Christmas. I now have a great grandson and will be making one for him for next year. Our family is expanding with great nieces and nephews as well, so I can see myself making these for years to come.
