Last year I had a lot of success with my Simple Star Tree Topper. My ma has always been more of an Angel on top of the Christmas tree sort of gal, so I made this one with her in mind.

Full description
A simple angel in black, to sit reverentially on top of the Christmas tree. They are knitted in hand dyed string and hand sculpted at my old oak table in Nottingham, UK.
Each angel is approx 16cm x 16cm x 1cm with a wire coil approx 10cm long. To fix them atop your tree just twist the wire coil around the leader branch.
For these angels I've used Everlasto 100% Natural Cotton String, made in Bolton, UK at the James Lever Factory where they've been manufacturing twine, cord and rope for over 150 years.
No glue or plastic is used in my work, and all the packaging I use can be widely recycled. Yippee!
