This beautiful little necklace is really very pretty. It has a very special ingredient....... Zircon.........This is NOT Cubic zirconia, which is mad made.
Zircon has been around for a very long time, so long, that scientists have been using it to date the earth........Yes.......that long. If you are a diamond lover, then you will love this.
Thing is, it's doubly refractive which means that when the light enters the gemstone it is split into two, unlike a diamond which has a single light entry.
I used small faceted Zircon, but believe me, they pack some punch when the light hits them. They are tiny powerhouses and I just love them, I hope you will too.
Having picked some colours from the delightful, crescent moon glass pendant, lilac Amethyst was my first choice as it's a soft, muted Amethyst.
As if the sparkle from the Zircon wasn't enough, the faceted Lilac Amethyst adds a little something too. Of course the Pearls had to play and I think they do it well.
