I enjoyed cutting all these circles and can imagine the bubbles rising to the surface of the water.

Twisted reeds or seaweed in streaky, textured brown and clear glass spiral their way upwards through water depicted by softly rippled turquoise glass. Lots of trapped air bubbles are attached to the leaves made with a variety of transparent circles in a variety of clear textured glass, some bubbles are iridescent.
Once cut the edges of each piece are ground then copperfoil stuck to all the pieces, placed together and soldered into place. To give a substantial weight and pleasing feel to the piece I have added a lead edge which is then soldered and cemented.
Hooks have been added for hanging this large panel in your window.
Anyone who loves the water will love this piece.
Please see my other listing in an alternative colour way.
