This material is very special, designed by British artist and maker Sian Summerhayes, it evokes her love of the countryside around her home in the Cotswolds. This passion for nature is at the heart of the fabric’s design with its folktale inspired characters of the fox and hare. Full description
This limited edition, handmade personalised Christmas stocking is made from a unique fabric designed by the British artist and maker Sian Summerhayes. Inspired by the nature around her Cotswolds’ country cottage, this fabric features a gentle duck-egg blue background with traditional folktale inspired fox and hare characters, both in white. All surrounded with delicate, intertwined floral wreaths with winter berries. The characters are highlighted with subtle hints of gold metallic foliage. The stocking cuff is a beige linen mix fabric that includes a matching appliquéd blue label, finished with a with a beige edging thread. The embroidered name of your choice is added in a white font and finished with a beige ribbon tie and matching hanging loop.
Fully lined with cream fabric, it features the printed design on both the front and the back. We are delighted to offer this limited edition stocking, which we hope will become a treasured family keepsake for years to come.
