My own designed Halloween witch's hat has been made using cotton corduroy for it's face, wool felt for the hat, a felt bat attached to crafting wire, glow in the dark ghost, wool felted acorns, and the hat has silk ribbon wrapped around it. Sitting on one of my vintage bedsprings makes it easy to place in the perfect spot in your home. A unique addition for any Halloween collection and will certainly be a talking point when visitors drop by.
